How it is done

Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend to 90 degrees, elevate one arm overhead on opposite side with elbow band holding one end of theraband and other end tie to stable surface on same side. Lower the arm diagonally to the same side of hip by straightening the elbow by pulling the theraband such that palm facing towards ceiling. elevate the arm diagonally to starting position. Repeat.
