How it is done

Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend to 90 degrees, one arm by the side holding one end of theraband and other hands near to the opposite hip with elbow bend and holding one end of theraband. Stretch the theraband by elevate the arm overhead diagonally on the same side of arm while elbow straighten and palm facing towards ceiling. lower the arm, bending the elbow to starting position. Repeat.
