from quadruped position, place one hand on back, protract scapula pushing floor, then sit back toward heels into child pose

How it is done

Get down on hands and knee position i.e on 4 points ( both hands and both knees), hands under the shoulder and knees under the hip. Lift one hand off the floor and rest on the back and push the hands towards the floor rounding the shoulders, pushing the floor try to sit back on heelss. Back to starting position and repeat.
