How it is done

Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, elevate the arm 90 by the side and bend the elbow to 90 degrees such that elbow resting on towel with hand holding a dummbell and pointing towards ceiling. Rotate the arm towards head without moving the elbow position, rotate the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
