How it is done

Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend to 90 degrees and arm elevated to overhead on the opposite side with elbow bend and palm facing the floor holding a dumbbell. Lower the arm diagonally to the same side of the hip by straighten the elbow and palm facing the ceiling. Bend the elbow diagonally overhead to starting position and repeat.
