isometric neck rotation hold against manual resistance to strengthen cervical rotators without movement.

How it is done

Sit or sit, rotate the head one side and place one hand on chin on the rotation side. Try to rotate the head in the direction of hand and resist the motion with the hand. Release the stretch to starting position and repeat.
