isometric neck rotation against hand resistance placed on opposite side of chin, holding position without movement.

How it is done

Sit or stand with place one hand on chin on opposte side. Try to rotate the head in the direction of hand and resist the motion of head with the hand. Release the stretch to starting position and repeat.
