neck rotation to 45 degrees with downward flexion, hand-assisted diagonal stretch targeting posterior neck muscles

How it is done

Stand and look forward, rotate the neck to 45° and move downward such that, chin touches chest. Place a hand over head, using hand further down the neck diagonally and hold it. Feel for stretch to the opposite side of neck. Release the stretch to starting position and repeat.
