scalene stretching

lateral cervical flexion with ipsilateral rotation and extension to stretch scalene muscles on contralateral side.

How it is done

Stand and bend the head one side, rotate in same direction and look up towards the ceiling. Feel for the stretch in front of neck in the opposite direction of rotation. Release the stretch and bak to starting position and repeat.
