apply downward pressure below skull with fingers while nodding chin down to stretch suboccipital muscles.

How it is done

Stand, place two finger on back of head under skull and head in neutral position. Push the finger downward as head looking towards the floor. Feel for the stretch under the fingers, back to starting position and repeat.
