isometric biceps contraction at 90° elbow flexion with self-resistance applied at forearm.

How it is done

stand with elbow bend to 90 degrees and keep the palm facing the ceiling. Place the other hand on the forearm just above the wrist. Try bending the elbow against the resistance of the other hand. Hold before releasing the resistance and returning to starting position.
