standing arm elevated, extend elbow, press wrist into flexion to stretch forearm extensors.

How it is done

Stand and elevate the arm to 90 degrees and keep the elbow straight. Move the palm towards the floor and place the other hand on top of the hand. With the pressing hand move the underlying hand towards the floor with fingers straight. Feel the stretch on top of the forearm. Hold and release the stretch.
