isometric elbow flexion at 45 degrees with manual resistance from opposite hand, holding contraction before release.

How it is done

Stand with elbow bend to 45 degrees with palm facing towards the ceiling. Place the other hand on the forearm just above the wrist. Try further bending the elbow against the resistance of other hand. Hold before releasing the reistance . Repeat.
