How it is done

Sit on a chair rest forearm on the arm rest of the chair while keeping the elbow bend. Keep the hand off the arm rest and palm facing the floor. Move the hand in the direction of little finger followed by movement towards the floor. Stretch the underlying hand with the other hand in the same direction and straighten the elbow. Feel the stretch on the outer aspect on forearm . Hold and relax.
