How it is done

Adopt a position where wrists are directly under shoulder and knees under hips. Straighten the knees by lifting it off the floor and point buttocks towards the ceiling. Shift the weights towards the hands such that wrist are under shoulder and ankles, knees and hips are in line. return to starting position.
