How it is done

Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on arm rest such that hand is off the arm rest. Move the hand upward such that fingers facing the ceiling, place other hand on palm near the fingers and push thw wrist in same direction. Feel for the stretch under forearm, release the pull and repeat.
