How it is done

Sit and bend the elbow such that resting on the thigh with thumb pointing towards the ceiling. Tie one end of theraband to the hand and other end to the stable surface same side. Rotate the hand by pulling the therababd in such that palm facing towards the floor. Rotate back the hand to starting position and repeat.
