How it is done

Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on arm rest such that hand is off the arm rest and thumb pointing towards the ceiling with making a fist, move the wrist towards ceiling. Place another hand on the top of fist, further move the hand towards the ceiling, against the resistance of other hand. Release the resistance and repeat.
