How it is done

Sit, elevate the arm forward by 90 degree and bend the elbow making fist such that little finger pointing towards ceiling. move the hand towards ceiling, place other hand on the top of the fist, further move the hand towards ceiling against the resistance of other hand. Release the resistance and repeat.
