How it is done

Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on arm rest such that hand is off the arm rest and palm facing towards the ceiling. Loop a ruuber band on one finger and hold it with another hand below the finger. Move the finger towards celing against the resistance of the rubber band. Release the resistance and repeat with 4 fingers alternate.
