stretching the wrist and finger flexors by pulling fingers upward while arm is elevated forward

How it is done

Stand, elevate the arm straight forward to 90 degrees, palm facing towards floor with finger closed. Place the other hand in closed fingers and pull it towards the ceiling. Feel for the stretch in the front of wrist, hold and release the pull to starting position and repeat.
