side-lying hip extension targets gluteal muscles by kicking the top leg backward while maintaining knee extension and pelvic stability.

How it is done

Lie on one side ( Note - Exercising leg on top), bend the bottom knee by 90° and keep the top knee straight. Keeping knee straight kick backward, move leg back to starting position and repeat.
