How it is done

Stand with feet hip width apart and toes pointing forward. Wrap a Theraband encircling both ankles. Keep arms by the side. Lift one foot without bending the knee and keep it diagonally forward at 45 degrees stretching against the Theraband. Hold and bring the foot back to the starting position.
