How it is done

Stand with feet hip-width apart against the wall. Place a Gym ball between the back and wall and rest the back on the Gym ball. Keep your arms crossed over the chest and wrap a Theraband around the thighs just above the knees. Bend the knees while stretching against the theraband (moving knees away from each other ) and lower towards the floor. maintain contact with the Gym ball. Hold the position before returning to starting position.
