How it is done

Get down on hands and knee position i.e on 4 points ( both hands and both knees), hands under the shoulder and knees under the hip. With maintaing the position, straight the knees by lifting it off the floor so that buttocks pointing towards the ceiling. shift the weight towards the hands maintain the push-up position. Back to starting position and repeat.
