How it is done

Stand beside 2 pillow next to the back rest of chair. Get on the pillow and stand on it, lift unaffected leg off the floor and stand on affected leg. Maintain the balance on affected leg, place one finger on back rest of chair for support if needed. Lower down the leg on pillow to repeat.
