step forward and lower body until rear knee touches floor, then return to standing.

How it is done

Stand with one step forward, arms by side or cross over the chest. Lower the body by bending the knee of forwarded leg, untill the knee of behinh leg touches the floor. Knee straight for starting position and repeat.
