controlled single-leg lunge with forward step, lowering body by bending both knees, then returning to standing position.

How it is done

Stand with arm by side, place one step forward and lower the body towards the floor by bending the knee and also bend the knee of back leg downwards the floor. Return back to starting position and repeat.
