stand on step, lower one leg forward to floor in controlled manner, return to step and repeat alternating legs

How it is done

Place a step ( bathroom sitting stool) on ground, stand on it. Bend one knee and lower down unaffected leg towards the floor front, followed by other leg. Get back on step and repeat, gradually increase the intensity.
