Supine core exercise combining trunk flexion and rotation, alternating elbow-to-knee contact while maintaining tabletop position.

How it is done

Lie on your back with feet on the floor and knees bend, hands behind the head with elbows away from each other. Lift both feet off the floor such that hips and knees are at 90-90. lift the head, shoulders and upper back off the floor and twist to one side trying to touch the elbow to the opposite knee.return to starting position and repeat alternately.
