How it is done

Attain a quadripod position . Straighten the knees by lifting it off the floor and keep buttocks pointed towards ceiling. Hold the position and feel the stretch in the legs. Relax and shift the weight towards the hands such that wrist is under shoulder and heel and knee under hip.

Nothing here is a prescription. Your physiotherapist decides which of these are yours, and when.

The plan starts with an assessment.
