lunge position with forward knee bent 90 degrees while lowering back knee toward ground, then return to standing.

How it is done

Stand and take one step forward, bend the forward knee by 90° and lower down the back leg as possible as and touch the ground with knee. Straight the knee to back to starting position and repeat.
