How it is done

Lie on your back with feet positioned on the floor and knees bend to 90 degrees. Straighten one knee and lift it off the floor, keep arms crossed over the chest. Lift the straightened leg along with pelvis off the floor. Hold and lower the pelvis and leg to starting position.

Nothing here is a prescription. Your physiotherapist decides which of these are yours, and when.

The plan starts with an assessment.
