stand with heel elevated on stool, reach same-side hand toward outer foot while maintaining knee extension.

How it is done

Stand facing a low sitting stool, lift excersing leg off the floor and place the heel on the stool keeping knee straight. Bend forward and try to touch the outer side of foot using same side of hand, feel for the stretch in inner aspect of thigh and hold the stretch. Straight up to starting position and repeat.
