standing position with one heel elevated on stool, bend forward to touch toes while maintaining knee extension to stretch posterior thigh and calf.

How it is done

Stand facing a low sitting stool, lift excersing leg off the floor and place the heel on the stool keeping knee straight. Bend forward and try to touch the toes of foot using same side of hand, feel for the stretch in calf and back of thigh, hold the stretch. Straight up to starting position and repeat.
