How it is done

Get down on hands and knee position i.e on 4 points ( both hands and both knees), hands under the shoulder and knees under the hip. Loop a Theraband on thighs and with maintaing the position, lift one knee off the floor towards the ceiling with pulling theraband. Back to starting position and repeat.
