How it is done

Lie on the back with arms crossed over chest. Place both legs on the ball with knee bend to 90 degree and buttocks on the floor. Press the ball with legs and lift off the buttocks from the floor such that trunks, hips and knees are in line, lower the buttocks back towards floor to repeat.
