step back into lunge, then drive back knee forward to hip level while pressing dumbbell overhead

How it is done

Stand and raise amrs by side to 90 degree, bend the elbow to 90 deree with holding the dumbbell towards the ceiling. Step back and perform a lunge, lift the back leg infront at hip level along with straighting the elbow towards the ceiling. Lower down the leg and elbow to starting position and repeat.
