stand facing away from wall, squat to ninety degrees with buttocks pressed against wall while lifting toes off floor.

How it is done

Stand with back facing the wall, rest your buttock on wall and crossed the arms forward holding opposite elbow with hand. Now start the squats to 90° in such a way that buttocks press the wall and toes off the floor and hold the legs. Come back to starting postion and Repeat
