How it is done

Stand with arms elevate the 90 degree forward with holding a Medicine ball. Lift one leg off the floor, hold and maintain the balance on one leg, twist the trunk from one side to other moving the arms in either direction keeping elbow straight. Lower down the leg to starting position, repeat alternate.
