supine single-leg adduction across midline with knee extended, returning to neutral, repeated unilaterally.

How it is done

Lie on the back with legs straight forward, arms crossed over the chest. Lift one leg off the floor and move it towards the body by crossing over other leg keeping knee straight. Uncross the leg to starting position and repeat.
