How it is done

Lie on the one side with leg straight forward, rest the head under the hand and loop a Theraband above ankles. Lift the top leg towards the ceiling , keeping knee straight by pulling the Theraband, lower the leg back to starting position and repeat. ( Note - Exercising leg must be on top in side lying position)
