How it is done

Stand and lift one foot off the floor and place in front of other foot in such a way that, heel of front foot touches the toes of back foot i.e heel to toe. With maintaining the balance walk in a straight line. Reverse back by lift off front foot and place back of other foot, so that heel of front foot touches the toes of back foot and reverse walk.
