stand on one leg, bend opposite knee bringing heel toward buttock, pull ankle to increase stretch in anterior thigh

How it is done

Stand and bend one knee towards the buttocks and hold the leg just above the ankl with one hand. Using hand further bend the knee towards buttocks and feel for the stretch in the front of thigh. Release the pull to starting position and repeat.
