How it is done

Stand and loop a theraband just above the knees with arms elevated to 90 degree forward. Pull the theraband by moving knees away from each other, bend the knees lower towards the floor as sitting on chair. Maintaing the pull straight the knees and lower down the arms to starting position and repeat.
