Stand with feet hip-width apart, raise arms forward to 90 degrees, squat to 90-degree knee bend, then return to standing.

How it is done

Stand with feet about hip width apart and keep the arms hanging by the side. Elevate the arms at 90 degrees in front parallel to each other. Bend your knees to lower till 90 degrees, contract the buttocks and get back to the starting position.
