How it is done

Sit with legs straight forward and place a pillow under the knee such that the knee is bend to 30 degrees and toes pointing towards the ceiling. Wrap a towel around the foot and hold either ends of the towel. Pull the foot towads you using the towel and feel the stretch on the calf. hold and repeat.
